Orders of less than $75 will have a $6.50 UPS shipping charge added.
We ship exclusively with UPS, the worldwide leader in shipping and logistics. AK and HI orders ship UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air only! We don't ship to APO or FPO addresses. We don't ship to P.O. boxes! Orders to multiple shipping addresses will be billed $6.50 "per address" shipping fee/s. Items "out of stock" will be shipped immediately when they arrive, at no additional fee. You will be notified via email and allowed to amend your order, but we can't guarantee how you, or your ISP / email client, handles our correspondence to your address. No additional charges are added when placing your order!
All orders to ship on the next business day, however it has been our experience to have most orders shipped the next business day. Orders received by 2PM EDT may ship that day. You will receive e-mail confirmation of your order and a UPS tracking number!
Defense Sprays can not be shipped via any "Air" options!
Orders containing any of our defense sprays and requesting "expedited" shipping options will automatically be shipped UPS Ground Delivery. Federal Law prohibits us from shipping of all defense sprays via "Air" methods! We only ship within the USA. No International Orders!

Defective Returns:
We have a very friendly and flexible returns policy as well. If your order arrives 'defective' please notify us immediately for an RMA and instructions for the return. We will replace it, or issue a credit for the defective item's price toward the purchase of another product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manual and accessories. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. We do not accept returns sent COD or Freight Collect. All products must have an RMA before any item/s will be accepted for refund, replacement or exchange. The RMA return will be honored for a time period of up to 30 days from the date of your order. After 30 days, only products with "stated warranties" will be eligible for any credit, refund, or replacement.
Product Arrives Damaged:
If your order "arrives damaged" please inspect the container for shipping damage and contact us. Save all damaged containers and enclosed materials. Contact us and we will work with you and UPS to obtain a new item.
Non-Defective Returns:
If you should decide that you don't like or don't want an item you may return it for a refund, less our shipping charges. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee applied to "non-defective" returns. Contact us immediately for an RMA and the address of our fulfillment warehouse. Choose products carefully, the following restrictions apply: Product must be in "as new resaleable condition". All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Please note that an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. All returns must be shipped back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or Freight Collect. All returns must have an RMA#, or the return shipment will be refused. The RMA return will be honored for a time period of up to 30 days from the day you receive your order.
