Shipping:

We ship exclusively with UPS, and the USPS. We provide flat rate shipping fees, but in some cases due to the weight, quantity or size of the package, we will select the carrier which is closest to our actual cost. Shipping is NOT a "money maker" on our website! Rest assured, we will ship your order out, 98% of the time, exactly the way that you place it. AK and HI orders ship USPS Priority Mail only! We don't ship to APO or FPO addresses. P.O. boxes will be shipped via Priority Mail.

Orders to multiple shipping addresses will be billed additional "per address" shipping fee/s. If any of your items are "out of stock" your order will be shipped and the backordered item/s ships immediately when upon arrival, at no additional fee. You'll be notified by email and allowed to amend your order. We can't guarantee how your ISP / email client, handles or filters our correspondence!

No additional charges are added when placing your order!
All orders to ship on the next business day. Orders received by 2:00 PM EDT usually ship that day. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order and a UPS tracking number!

Defense Sprays can not be shipped via any "Expedited" options!
Orders containing any of our defense sprays and requesting "expedited" shipping options will automatically be shipped UPS Ground Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. We are prohibited from shipment of our defense sprays via "Expedited / Air" methods! We only ship within the USA.

WE GUARANTEE YOUR SATISFACTION WITH A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY!

Defective Returns:

We have a very friendly and flexible returns policy as well. If your order arrives 'defective' please notify us immediately for an RMA and instructions for the return. We will replace it, or issue a credit for the defective item's price toward the purchase of another product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manual and accessories. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. We do not accept returns sent COD or Freight Collect. All products must have an RMA before any item/s will be accepted for refund, replacement or exchange. The RMA return will be honored for a time period of 30 days from the date of your order. After 30 days, only products with "stated warranties" will be eligible for replacement.

Product Arrives Damaged:

If your order "arrives damaged" please inspect the container for shipping damage and contact us. Save all damaged containers and enclosed materials. Contact us and we will work with you and UPS to obtain a new item.

Non-Defective Returns:

If you should decide that you don't like or don't want an item you may return it for a refund, less our shipping charges. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee applied to "non-defective" returns. Contact us immediately for an RMA and the address of our fulfillment warehouse. Choose products carefully, the following restrictions apply: Product must be in "as new resalable condition". All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. No refunds on electronic alarm systems / surveillance devices unless they're defective!

Please note that an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. All returns must be shipped back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or Freight Collect. All returns must have an RMA#, or the return shipment will be refused. An approved RMA return will be honored, if received at our warehouse, for a time period of 30 days from the date of your order. All shipping charges are non-refundable!

Do not send returns to our offices! Contact us and let us know what the problem is with your order. We will be happy to issue an RMA# for making the return.
